Book 'Forest & Word'

Discover the forest with all your senses 🌲

“Forest & Word” invites you not just to wander through the forest, but to perceive it consciously – and in doing so, to get a little closer to yourself.

This interactive book combines mindfulness exercises, poetic texts, and fascinating forest knowledge with small DIY ideas and prompts for pausing and reflecting. It grew out of the guided forest walks by Theresa Sommerbichler and Katharina Bacher, which connect nature experiences with poetry.

The evocative illustrations by Veronika Halmbacher guide you through a special book for reading, discovering, and participating – for all who long for a deeper connection with nature and conscious moments in the forest.
