And this is how the Lunataler loyalty program works
Please note:
Lunataler vouchers can be redeemed for orders with a minimum value of €25.
Vouchers are valid for non-discounted products. Lunataler are also collected when purchasing books, but redemption for fixed-price books is legally excluded.
If your shopping cart contains books or discounted items, the voucher will automatically only be applied to the remaining items.
Redeeming Lunataler - here's how it works
Once you have collected Lunataler, you can exchange them for vouchers:
- 100 Lunataler = €5 voucher
- 200 Lunataler = €10 voucher
- 250 Lunataler = €15 voucher
You can redeem the vouchers directly in the shopping cart as soon as the respective minimum order value has been reached.
The €5 voucher can also be combined with already discounted products – many customers, for example, use it to partially offset shipping costs. The higher Lunataler vouchers are deliberately designed to be a bit more exclusive and cannot be combined with other discounts. This ensures that Lunataler remain a fair advantage for loyal customers – and allows me to continue offering you carefully selected products of the usual quality.
