Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

Simply returning the goods without prior notification does not count as a withdrawal.

Please ensure that the return is carefully packaged to avoid transport damage.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you fully withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments made by you,
including the original standard shipping costs (but not any express or additional costs).
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction,
without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the receipt of your withdrawal declaration.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back
or you have provided proof that you have sent them back – whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Unpaid shipments cannot be accepted.
Note on partial returns:
In the case of partial returns, the contract for the retained goods remains valid.
In this case, no refund of the original shipping costs will be made.
If you return goods due to a defect, fault, or error,
we will naturally cover all shipping costs (both ways).
Note on partial returns:
For orders over 99€, we ship your order free of charge.
If you return part of your order and the value of the retained items falls below 99€ as a result, the regular shipping costs of 6.49€ will be charged retrospectively. We ask for your understanding - this allows us to maintain fair prices even for smaller orders.
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
