Shipping and Payment

We package every order with great care, using eco-friendly materials, ensuring everything arrives safely.
As a small, heart-felt shop that works sustainably and fairly, we have slightly adjusted our shipping costs and conditions to better reflect the actual effort involved.

・Free shipping for orders over €99 (within Germany)
Above this amount, we will cover the shipping costs for you as a small thank you

We usually ship within 3–5 business days after receipt of payment.

Note on partial returns:
We offer free shipping for orders over €99.
Should you return part of your order and the value of the kept items falls below the free shipping threshold, the regular shipping costs will be subsequently charged and deducted from the refund.

Shipping Provider

Shipping is done with DHL or Deutsche Post, depending on the type and scope of the order.
This ensures that your order arrives reliably and safely. Smaller shipments, especially card orders, are usually sent with Deutsche Post. Larger or more extensive orders are shipped with DHL.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally.
The shipping costs for international orders depend on the destination country as well as the weight and size of the shipment.

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed transparently during the ordering process before you complete your order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient. These costs are not included in the total price displayed.

Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:
PayPal, credit card, Klarna, and other payment methods offered via Shopify (e.g., Apple Pay or Google Pay, if available).

The purchase price will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

NOTE for payments from abroad: Please pay exclusively by SEPA transfer in Euros.
For international transfers, any bank fees shall be borne by the customer.

VAT

All prices shown include the statutory value-added tax.
