Shipping and Payment

We pack every order with great care, using eco-friendly materials to ensure everything arrives at your home safely.
As a small business run with heart, we operate sustainably and fairly; therefore, we have adjusted our shipping costs and terms slightly to better reflect the actual expenses.

・Free shipping on orders over €99 (within Germany)
For orders meeting this amount, we cover the shipping costs for you as a small thank you.

We generally ship within 3–5 business days of receiving payment.

Note on partial returns:
We offer free shipping on orders of €99 or more.
Should you return part of your order and the value of the items you keep falls below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping costs will be charged retroactively and deducted from your refund.

Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped exclusively via DHL with tracking.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your package at any time.

Shipping to other EU countries temporarily paused

Due to the new EU Packaging Directive and the associated requirements, I have temporarily paused direct shipping to other EU countries.

For a small, owner-operated shop like Mina Eluna, the new regulations are currently difficult to manage and implement. I want to ensure I am on the safe side legally and am therefore waiting until a reliable and feasible solution becomes available.

You can still shop at Mina Eluna. ♡

You can set up a personal German delivery address for free via LogoiX. Simply enter this as your delivery address when placing your order at Mina Eluna. Your order will be shipped by me as usual to LogoiX within Germany, from where it will be forwarded to your address in Austria.

Registration with LogoiX is free. For the forwarding to Austria, shipping costs apply depending on the weight of the package.

Good to know: If your order reaches the threshold for free shipping within Germany, you will not pay any shipping costs to Mina Eluna for the delivery to LogoiX – you will only incur the costs for the forwarding to Austria.

For other EU countries, direct shipping remains paused for now. As soon as a reliable solution that is practicable for Mina Eluna arises, this page will of course be updated accordingly. ♡

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are to be paid by the recipient. These costs are not included in the displayed total price.

Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:
PayPal, credit card, Klarna, as well as other payment methods offered via Shopify (e.g., Apple Pay or Google Pay, if available).

The purchase price will be charged immediately upon completion of the order.

NOTE for payments from abroad: Please pay exclusively via SEPA bank transfer in Euros.
For international bank transfers, any potential bank fees are to be borne by the customer.
