1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the Mina Eluna online shop.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.

The available payment methods will be displayed during the order process. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases of injury to life, body or health.

In cases of slight negligence resulting in a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
