General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code (BGB)) through the online shop Mina Eluna.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an unbinding invitation to order.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by e-mail or ship the goods.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Euros (€) and include the statutory value-added tax.

The available payment methods will be displayed during the ordering process. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provide.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, limb, or health.

In the event of slight negligence in violating essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

10. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
