Grapat 'Sticks'

Who are the Sticks today?

The Grapat Sticks consist of 18 lovingly designed wooden figures in 6 colors, each with 3 gentle color gradations. Their simple shape is precisely what makes them a wonderful open-ended play material that children can reinterpret time and again.

Sometimes they become goblins, forest creatures, or dwarves. Other times, they transform into trees, animals, mountain peaks, or inhabitants of imaginative worlds. Without fixed instructions, space is created for their own ideas, stories, and adventures.

The harmonious color gradients also invite children to sort, organize, and discover shades of color. In this way, the Sticks accompany children for many years in ever-changing ways.
