Book 'The Fog Man of Lake Constance'

When the Fog Rolls Over Lake Constance ✨

When grey mist shrouds Lake Constance, the Fog Imp might once again be celebrating one of his boisterous feasts – together with water nymphs, wave frolickers, and all sorts of mysterious nature spirits.

However, not everyone is enthusiastic about the fog: a knight from Bodman wants to drive it away. But when the silver-bearded Fog Imp actually disappears, it quickly becomes clear that something else has been lost with him – joy, magic, and liveliness.

Anke Klaaßen retells the old legend of Lake Constance in a child-friendly and spirited new way. The fairytale illustrations by Daniela Drescher beautifully bring knights, nature spirits, and the mysterious landscape around the lake to life.

An atmospheric picture book about nature, old legends, and the magic of what might not seem welcome at first glance.
